Summit Gate Advisors was established to provide investors with rigorous, independent financial analysis at the point in the investment process where it matters most — before capital is committed. The firm focuses exclusively on financial due diligence and investment analysis for private company transactions, working with investors who require a clear, evidence-based view of the business they are evaluating.
The firm's approach is grounded in the belief that investment decisions are better when they are based on what the business has actually done rather than what it is projected to do. Vincent Voravong
Founder & Managing Partner
Vincent Voravong is the Founder & Managing Partner of Summit Gate Advisors and brings more than a decade of experience across financial due diligence, transaction advisory, corporate M&A, and financial planning and analysis. Throughout his career, Vincent has advised private equity sponsors, strategic acquirers, and middle-market companies across a range of industries and transactions.
Prior to founding Summit Gate Advisors, Vincent held transaction advisory roles with Riveron, Warbird Consulting Partners, and Paradigm Advisory Group, which was subsequently acquired by WilliamsMarston. His work focused on financial due diligence and quality of earnings, including the analysis of historical financial performance, normalized EBITDA, revenue and margin trends, net working capital, cash conversion, and other financial and operating matters relevant to transactions.
Vincent also served in a senior M&A role with Henry Schein, a Fortune 500 company, where he supported a high volume of acquisitions and worked closely with external diligence providers throughout the transaction process. His experience on both the advisory and corporate buyer sides of transactions provides a practical perspective on not only how diligence is performed, but how its findings are evaluated and used in acquisition and investment decisions.
Vincent founded Summit Gate Advisors to bring that perspective directly to investors through focused, senior-led financial diligence. His approach emphasizes materiality, analytical discipline, and clear communication — translating complex financial information into decision-relevant insights that help investors better understand the businesses they are evaluating.
